The Borkum Raiders

During the Great War, an elite group of British saboteurs were delivered by submarine to a German island in the North Sea. Their orders were to find and destroy a secret underwater wireless cable and a Zeppelin airfield. Their escape plan is soon put in jeopardy, and the events that follow have dire consequences for the British and Germans alike. The story is set in 1916 on a German Island in the North Sea. This Island is home to a Zeppelin base and an underwater telegraphic cable to Tenerife. This part and the raids described on the UK Ports, including Skinningrove, are true. Everything else is fiction.
